美籍华人汉学家罗郁正 (Ir⁃ving Yucheng Lo) 对“满江红”词牌名的翻译就是Full River Red，可见K'uei Hsing: A Repository of Asian Literature in Translation 这本书。

他曾在哈佛大学和威斯康星大学学习英国文学和比较文学专业，分别获得硕士、博士学位，并在多所大学担任教职。

美国华盛顿大学教授伊佩霞 (Patricia Buckley Ebrey) 也曾翻译过岳飞的《满江红》，用的也是Full River Red。伊佩霞近年来致力于宋代社会文化史的研究，代表作《宋徽宗》、Chinese Civilization: A Sourcebook 等。

荷兰汉学家伊维德 (Wilt L. Idema) 曾任哈佛大学中国文学教授，管佩达 (Beata Grant) 是美国华盛顿大学亚洲与近东语言文学系教授，他们曾合著《彤管:中华帝国期间的妇女文学》(The Red Brush: Writing Women of Imperial China)。在这本书中，提到了秋瑾的《满江红》，用的也是Full River Red。

在澳大利亚国立大学 (ANU)《中国遗产季刊》(China Heritage Quarterly) 官网文章中，编辑介绍也提到了词牌名“满江红”，用的也是Full River Red。

另外，在宾夕法尼亚大学出版社出版的Sound, Space, and the City: Civic Performance in Downtown Los Angeles 以及香港大学出版社出版的Scribes of Gastronomy: Representations of Food and Drink in Imperial Chinese 等书中，提到“满江红”时用的也是Full River Red。
